Fatigue in early pregnancy

I am almost 5wks. The fatigue has hit me! Monday night I slept 11 hours then three hours after being up I passed out on the couch for 2 hours. I then took another 2 hour nap before having to go to work for a graveyard shift. I have barely been able to stay awake. I have just over an hour left of my shift and my eyes are killing me I'm so tired.

How do you deal with the fatigue when you have to work? I also work as a bartender 10 hour shifts friday and saturday nights. I don't know how I'm gonna make it.

SLEEP IT AWAY!!!!!!.... I agree with sleeping as much as you can because later in pregnancy you will become to uncomfortable to sleep.
It does become easier going on to the second trimester (to stay awake)

I feel for you... I work 8-4:30 m-f and sometimes I feel like I can't possibly stay awake.  I would recommend you sleep as much as you can whenever you can.  It will get better!  I am 9 1/2 weeks and the past week I've been less tired.  try drinking juice too, that helps me when I'm tired, some kind of 100% fruit juice.  Good Luck & Congrat!
