Feeling awful

Ill be 16 weeks tomorrow and I have horrible allergies. My aunt moved back in my house with her two cats that I'm highly allergic to along with my sisters rabbit. Since my sinuses are swollen from the extra blood pumping its been harder to keep them cleaned. Tmi, but I'm a first time mom so I have no idea. Doctor said I can't take my allergy pills, so does anyone have a natural or just a safe alternative so this doesn't keep up. I throw up because of it in the mornings...

I get really bad normal spring time allergies and here in Utah they are starting to come around now that its getting warmer.. But I asked my doctor what I could take and she gave me a list of things pregnant woman can take..

Benadryl
Claritin
Claritin D
Zyrtec
Zyrtec D

you don't have to get the name brands you can get the store brands of all these still works.. She said they are safe to take and not harmful to the baby at all... Benadryl makes me sleepy and I have come imune to it from taking it alot as a kid for my allergies but Claritin works great and it doesn't make you sleepy. :) hope this helps.

I don't touch the animals because I break out in hives haha. I keep away, but the rabbit is in the kitchen area by the back door and the cats are confined in my aunts room. But, every time the door opens the hair flies out. It *****. Ill call my doctor on Monday and see what she says. Until then I'm just gonna barrel through. And thanks for the tips:)

Same here, but my doctor told me it is okay for me to take allergy medicine. However I'm not comfortable taking medicine while I'm pregnant so I just fight thru it even though its hard. :/ best thing maybe if you do pet your cats or dogs wash your hands and afterward.

I can't really say so much, I've never had pet allergies, but I think I developed a little bit of a dander allergy since I got pregnant and the dig here sheds everywhere. I just do my best to stat away in my own space, your Dr should be able to tell you some altnernatives.  Maybe even possibly a air putifier or humidifier?
