OK so my period comes usually always on the 8th of the mnth so I'm on a thirty day cycle right?so then how do I know my luteas phase or whatever
Damn 32 days? The past three months it has come on the eighth! Thx I think maybe I will try ovulation tests I'm really getting discouraged
Your luteal phase is determined by when you ovulate.so if you know what day you ovulate cd15 for example and your cycle is 30 days it would make a 15 day luteal phase.so time from ovulation until your period is luteal phase.if you come on 8th of each month you have a 32 day cycle.so ovulating is likely to be around cd18 that be 14 days before your period.
