Fetal movement??

Last night I was laying down & watching TV, trying to fall asleep, and I wasn't tired at all, wide awake - so after about 15 minutes I felt like a popping, almost twitching for like 30-45 seconds at a time. Then it would go away, for about 10 minutes and did it again for like 30-45 minutes. It happened about 2 or 3 times. I'm 14W1D - could this have been fetal movement or am I crazy?

I felt vibrations an twinges at 14 weeks.  I only felt it some times though.  I didn't feel big movements until 26 weeks though.  Congrats!  Anita

It very well could have been, I felt my son for the first time when I was 16 weeks along. I swear I have felt this baby already, I cant wait for the movements to get stronger.

I'm 5' (I know, it runs in the family) and weighed about 127 when I found out I was pregnant, I'm average in weight, but my husband over 6 foot & muscular build, so it's going to be a big baby, so my OB and everyone says, every baby in his family has been over 9 pounds.. would that have to do with it too? I've heard a lot of people feel their baby move like i described around 14 weeks too..

That is true but it could also depend on how she is built. I felt my first around 14 weeks...I'm 5'10 at the time I was still wearing a size 3.

If it was, you are very early to be feeling it...most first time mom's don't feel anything until 20 weeks on average...
