Ye were only supposed to have about 6oz of fish a wk! That is torture! 6oz isn't enuff, That's like one bite! Lol

i love fish, exspecially talapia with a special butter and minced garlic sauce i love to make. its so hard to not eat alot of it. but (someone correct me if im wrong) i hear youre only suppose to have a couple servings a week. just make sure its fully cooked. its def not harmful in portions but limit yourself to just a few times a week. goodluck and stay strong:)
