Fluid discharge???

Hello everyone... I am new to this site and my friend (who just had a baby in August) recommended I come on!!  I have a question that has worried me since last night.  My husband and I were walking and about 15 minutes into our walk, I felt some fluid leak from my vagina (sorry if this is too graphic).  It was about the size of a quarter (maybe larger) and completely clear in color.  No odor or anything to it.  It was not urine and it was not milky or "normal".  I am only 7 weeks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy, so everything has me scared!!! Everything I have read online has said "amniotic fluid" or "amniotic sack rupture"  I am just curious if this has ever happened to anyone else and if what the result was from it?  I called my doctor asap and she asked if there was any blood or cramping that went with it.  There was not, and she told me it was nothing to "worry about" and we'd talk about it at our appointment on the 29th.  Not the answer I wanted, I wanted some sort of an explanation... and I didn't get it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thank you

Thank you so much for your comment and help!!  I did go in to see my doctor and she checked my cervix and said everything looked fine.  Thank you for getting back to me though and hopefully no more scares of this sort happen again!!

I hope this is helpful.... With my first pregnancy i swear I lived at the hospital... about 2-3 times i had the same thing happen.... clear fluid which i can swear was not pee or discharge was leaking out.... the dr said it was normal and just fine.... no leaks, water bag not ruptered or broken.... and of course i never got a "REAL" answer as to what causes this or what it was..... I would just assume that its an overlow of discharge or possibly leakage from the bladder due to all the changes in your body and the hormones... if the dr said not to worry i would try and do just that! Just relax until your next appt! Good luck and a happy 9 and healthy 9 months!
