Ive been obsessed with lucky charms, my obgyn told me to add fruit to it. So I guess you could eat whatever but try to add fruits or veggies with it to balance it out. Make sure to drink 64oz of water a day, itll help flush your system too. I was told that too much fast food/greasy food isnt good for your baby bc of the fat/lard content, can affect the babys system like it does ours. But moderation is always key. :-)
If you are looking for snack type stuff hummus and veggies are always good. I really like green, red and orange peppers with hummus. Just don't only eat fast food I'd you can help it. Making anything at home is always healthier.
I eat whatever I want and don't even take those vitamins, plus I have lost atleast 40 lbs my whole pregnancy.
