last night i woke at 4.00 am with what i can only describe as the WORST diarrhea and poo cramps i have ever experienced it was severe lol.. it is away now but it lasted over an hour it was horrible.. anyway I am 32wk 1d and was wondering if it was probs just something a ate or if it was something else or something more sinister lol !! .. I know this is quite gross and i hope i havent grossed anyone out but if anyone has any thoughts would be helpful .. thanks =)
It's very likely it was a virus or something you ate, especially if it was sudden. As long as it is not long lasting (over 24-48 hours) and you are able to stay hydrated it shouldn't be a problem. The main concern with diarrhea is dehydration. Try following the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast) to see if it helps and make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Thanks Clysta ! feel loads better now and bubs is as active as usual so i think i was just being over paranoid about it lol ... and thank you also mossisfamily2012! i think its also an irritable bowel atm hope you all good too =)
