Frightened of miscarriage

I'll be six weeks along in a couple days. I have two beautiful dogs and one cat who must think he's absolutely hilarious. My cat has jumped on my stomach once or twice and I just am so scared that he's going to make me have a miscarriage because the little **** comes out of nowhere!!! My dogs occasionally put their paw on me when they need to tell me they want to go outside but it's not too hard like the pressure my cats entire body weight is. Has anyone else had this fear? I'm almost tempted to buy more pregnancy tests to make sure my levels are still growing rather than decreasing. Should I be worried or should I be okay? I haven't bled or had any cramps signaling a miscarriage so my bf said Baby and I should be fine. My mom says it's normal to always be worrying about miscarriage when you're pregnant but I can't help but to be frightened! Please help!

Also my first OB appt isn't for another month (!!!) and I watch every pregnancy symptom like a hawk. No sore boobs yet just really sensitive nipples and barely any nausea if at all. Also I'm pretty fair complected; I wore shorts the other day and got mommy spots on my legs but idk if it's just because I've been wearing pants since but they have faded and pretty much disappeared now.  So am I still pregnant? I feel like I still have mood swings, enough to go around, and I have to pee pretty regularly and I just started having vivid strange dreams a couple nights ago and had one again last night.
