Frottage, Virginity, Pregnancy and periods

I made mistake of having frottage first time in life though I am still virgin but I do not want to get pregnant. The situation is  i had last period starting on 3rd Apri if I am not wrong and I had frottage (genital rubbing without clothes) on 14 h April where i was extremly wet and my ex was not wet at all, he did went to washroom but did not do anything and came back which mean he didnot pre ejeculated neither he had anything on his penis. We rubbed outside only for 10 minutes at least and we were kissing. He wanted to have intercourse but i didnot let him. i got scared afterwards and i called doctors they said that chances of pregnancy is low but i should take one emergency contraceptive (NORLEVO) which i did on 15th April which is in 29 hours. Then now i m waiting for my periods on 3 May but I am extremly worried because i m alone and i do not want pregnancy while if something happens my family will kill me.

Please give me ur ideas of whatever happened and the Norlevo Tablet is effective and that i will have peirods on time? I am dying every minute

Thank you for your best answer,, It was first time and i wanted to eliminate all chances and therefore had big fight wid BF and he left me because he thought i m overreacting and according to him and many frds that i will not get pregnant. But i never wanted to take any chance. EC didnot had any side effect apart from breast tenderness for a day but its normal now. I hope i get peirods on time as now i m not sexual active at all,,

There will be no next time of sex at all, I did fooled around and could not control and repent now for silly step. But thanks for your kind reply

You many or may not have your cycle on time. Emergency contraceptive can mess with your cycle and make it early, late, or you might skip it altogether. I'm kinda surprised they had you take an EC, because it wasn't actually necessary. The chance of pregnancy from this encounter was slim to none. Stress can also delay your period, so try not to worry about it. I would be extremely surprised if you did become pregnant from this.

I don't think you have to worry. You didn't have intercourse, although I strongly advize you to keep your clothes ON if you don't want to get pregnant. You took the emergency contraceptive, which is not a 100% fool-proof (but then again, no birthcontrol is besides abstination) but you can assume worked the way it should. The fact that you were wet can also be because you were excited :) that's normally what happens to women when they're fooling around. Nothing to worry about. All you can do now is wait and see what the future brings. Worrying about it now doesn't bring you anything but grief; you either are, or you aren't.
