Funneling?!?!?!
I'm currently 20wks pregnant, a few weeks ago my doctor said my cervix was funneling. I got a pessury put in and every thing looks good now but im just worried once the baby gets bigger and heavier if it'll open the cervix back up...Have any of you ladies had this? And if so, did you go into labor early??
Praying for you momma. I had that with my second pregnancy. I ended up delivering at 25 weeks. My baby took two breaths and passed away. Praying all goes well for you and your angel.
Its just when your cervix begins to open.. my has already started to open because I have a short cervix.
I'm 27 weeks today and on strict bed rest because my cervix is funneling. I probably won't carry my baby to full term but I'm hoping to make it to at least 30-35 weeks. I am only allowed to get up to go to the bathroom and a quick shower. I'm not allowed to sit up straight either because it puts pressure on my cervix.
