Gender question.....

Hey ladies hope your all well, I have a bit of a silly worry. I am 35w4d pregs with what I hope is a littlegirl i had a 16 weeks 3d scan where they told me girl and then the regular 20 week scan where they confirmed girl in the last few weeks I have had lots of women say oh you look like your having a boy what if you have a boy? I am 5'10 and slim so as you can imagine I am carrying all out front. I am only worrying as I have spent a fortune on having the nursery decorated in all pink all her clothes are pink and literally everything is PINK!! Am I being silly? Paranoid listening to women? Old wives tales? I would appreciate some answers from you lovely ladies xxx

Just seen all your replies, thanks so much ladies its calmed my nerves a lot. The 3d scan lady confirmed recently she would never of said girl unless she was 100% and then it was confirmed later on at 20 weeks girl. It does my head in as I have put on 3 stone but as I was small before everyone thinks I am only carrying out front  it I am not!!! Thanks again I have 2.5 weeks to go so not long and I will no for sure xxx

My 20 week scan said boy, but everyone else said they thought I was having a girl. I never bought anything pink or gender neutral. With 2 scans and 2 different drs saying its a girl, it is most likely a girl. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I have the same feelings with mine even though I've had 7!!! ultrasounds & they all say boy. I am carrying exactly the same as I did with my 3 little girls. I think it's that #1 I just can't believe I'm having a baby when we tried for 8 1/2 years. & #2 That I actually have a little boy this time. Everyone told me I must only be able to have girls (yes I know Dad decides sex, but I guys some people don't know this)

Not to scare you, but a friend of mine was told girl her whole pregnancy. She had a big shock when she had a boy. I will nevet forget because her hospital stay was horrible the nurse even tried to give her the wrong baby. That was back in 2005 in Arizona. I am sure the technology has got a lot better.

And with only 4 weeks to go I don't wanna pay the £100 odd pounds to have the 4d to confirm what I already no, that I am having a girl and I am just very fortunate to be carrying the way I am!! Its soo frustrating!! Thanks again ladies xxx

All old wives tales. Why people like to tease pregnant women is beyond me, we are emotional enough, lol.

I was the same way. Everyone said with my first child I was carrying a boy bc it was a basketball shape. No weight gain anywhere else but I def came out having the baby girl they told me that I was having at my ultrasounds. Everyone carries different and gains weight different regardless of the babies sex.

They aren't 100 percent but at that many weeks it should be pretty clear. Can you do the 4d?
