Getting worried :(

I'm 29 weeks 5 days today. Yesterday I did a lot of walking, more than I'm used to, and just haven't felt right since. I was sick yesterday on my stomach which is nothing new these days. But I've just been so damn sore all over mostly my lower back and sharp pains in the lower right side of my abdomen on and off.. I haven't felt Aubrey move as much today. I woke up at 5 this morning and she had a little burst of energy but ever since then I just feel a light nudge once in a while. I've drank water, ate something sweet, ate a meal, lied down to see if she would move 10 times in an hour with no luck even tried a nap and still just a little nudge once in a while. I'm kinda scared she's stressed or something? Or maybe just sleeping more since she's in that stage now where babies grow more quickly? Please any advice will be appreciated.

I'm sure everything is fine, you just overdid it a little yesterday, rest up today!

Thanks, I'm trying to rest up but still have some things to do. Hopefully she will move later tonight.
