HELP! How mild can BRAXTON HICKS contractions be?

Ok... I think that I'm having braxton hicks contractions but I'm not sure.  Its not like a bad pain.  Its like a tightness in my belly and its achy when I bend.  Its not bad at all.  What did they feel like to you?

UPDATE!
I know what my problem was now!  I was constipated so that why my belly was achy.  And the pressure from that was causing me to have braxton hicks.  I have NEVER had that problem before so I never even thought about it.  My husband is the one that asked me if I was constipated.  lol.  So I'm feeling much better now.  Thanks ladies.  Anita

Mine are painful It feels like someone is punching me in the middle of the top of my belly and then the pain moves around to my back. They last anywhere from  a min to 3 mins and dont' happen all the time. You will know when it's braxton hicks. The pain you are talking about is that your uterus is bigger and it's probably uncomfortable to bend over try squatting that will relive the pain,. With pg we can't move like we used to. I hope you feel better soon!

i remember the last time i had bh was 4 days before i went into labor. it went from being mild for a few hours to down right painful and they were coming every 10-20 minutes. so i called my ob he sent me to l&d. the doc i saw there was a young guy. (he couldn't have been any older then me i swear.) and he was like oh you won't go into active labor for at least another 4-5 weeks. i was like cool that's awesome (i was barely 34 weeks at this point) yeah that 4-5 weeks was 4 days. i was going to get into the shower and bam my water broke. guess who my doc was...lol. dr. steve. he looks at me and was like what are you doing here? i was like...well i thought i'd have some babies. 7 1/2 hours later my little boogers were born.

Honey, if you're concerned, call your doctor or the hospital. They will advice you on what to do and you'll rest easier :)

I for got to ad that I had a white CM when I took a shower tonight too.  It was not thick.  I'm not sure if the 2 are related... so I just thought I would tell you.

They are the same.  Not bad at all.  Its just a bit uncomfortable.  Elijah is moving good.  I'm going to wait a few hours and see if it gets worse.  Its not regular at all.  I hate this.... the not knowing is horrible.

They felt the same as you described.  They are not regular and eventually go away.  Anything that becomes regular and stays, call your doctor or go to the hospital.  Better safe than sorry.  With my 3rd baby, I was unsure, but thank god they got stronger because It only took 3 hours before he was born!!

Mine were very painful and I almost did go to the hospital when I was pregnant. They went away on their own after 5 hours. They weren't consistent or had a pattern so I knew after a while it wasn't real labor. If you're ever concerned, call your doctor :) Good luck!

when i had my braxton hicks the mild ones felt like mild af cramps. the more severe ones felt like i was in labor. so they can vary. either way do call your ob. they may want you to go into l&d to get checked out to make sure it is just bh and not real labor.
