If your ultrasound says you conceived around Nov 14th then that is what you need to go with. Early ultrasounds are very accurate and reliable.  I wouldn't worry.

When you say you conceived the 14th I am assuming of November.  It is true that you can get a flow similar to your period when pregnant but you had an ultrasound done.  I would say the ultrasound would show different and the baby would be measuring at least a week bigger than what it is if it were the other guys.  I am going to say it's probably your boyfriends but to know 100% you should do a paternity test.  Best of luck.

You conceived then. The u/s in very early pregnancy are accurate within a day or two range. They would not be off by even a couple of weeks. I'm sure there's cases where they are but it's rare. If you have a normal 28 day cycle you would have ovulated around the 19th of November, give or take a day or two. You can get pregnant a few days before you ovulate. And yes, some people bleed during pregnancy, which is called a pregnancy bleed, you don't actually have a "period". You have to ovulate to have a period, and you don't ovulate when you're pregnant. I'm 100% confident that you conceived when they u/s said you did and it's your bf's baby. No worries!!

Mom of 4, and a soon to be nurse-- Just so you know I have some credibility in what I am saying!
