You have to make sure your phones on desktop site on chrome or it won't work

I tried that with my phone too but iOS doesn't support the upload feature

it wouldn't work on a phone due to the fact that it uses a pop up,

i just went to google and typed in medhelp and used the website to upload a photo, its got some extra features too on the desktop site...
