Hard to breathe

I am 9 weeks today and when I throw up it's hard for me to breathe, during and after. What should I do to help control my breathing?

I went through the same thing, my doctor recommended that sit up and practice breathing as though I'm in labor . Also see if they prescribe you Zofran, I was in I barely throw up now

Thanks, then now when I have to throw up it really don't be nothing there like my body trying to make me but it don't be nothing coming out for real
