Has anyone had morning sickness start over in the 3rd trimester? Is this a sign of pre-term labor?

Has this happened to anyone?  I havent made any changes to my diet, my prenatals, or my daily habits.  I ask this b/c I noticed that when I had my son at 30wks it kind of started the same way.  I had morning sickness, my blood pressure was low, I was feeling lots of pressure in my pelvis, and my breast started to ache again.  All of a sudden I went in for my 26wk check-up and was told that I was 2 1/2 centimeters dialated.  They put me in the hospital that day and I was there until my water broke at 30wks and I went into labor.  I guess since I'm approaching wk30 I'm getting rather nervous hoping that I dont have a repeat of the same thing.  I dont want to waste time calling the doctors office; my nurse comes tomorrow, and by the time they call me back she'll have my questions answered!  The monitoring station that I'm hooked up to called me and told me that my contractions were increasing which is very scary b/c I've been in bed all morning.  I only got up to get the kids on the bus and fix me some breakfast.

What could this be?  Just lack of room?

Considering your past....I would contact your doc. Personally, I have been getting sick and can't even burp without throwing up in my mouth. (Sorry TMI)  I did throw up out of no where last week in the middle of the night. I am not sure why it happened since I haven't changed my diet at all. I just think all my organs are moved up and anything I tend to eat or drink just seems like it gets stuck in my throat instead of going down! ugh! It feels as though the sickness is back. But I am 36 weeks, so I am almost at the end here. I would contact the doc just in case...better safe than sorry!! I hope you feel better though! <3

I'm not sure if it's pre-term labor or not maybe someone will know.  But I do know that morning sickness can come back in the 3rd trimester.  It's never happened to me, but I have had a couple friends who had the morning sickness again, and some woman as I'm sure you know never really get over it.  Good Luck and hang in there, I'll be hoping that you can cook this baby a little bit longer. :o)
