Has anyone used clomid to get pregnant?

Hi everyone! My husband and I have been ttc for almost a year. My doctor gave me clomid and she wants me to go ahead and start taking that. Has anyone had a sucessfull pregnancy while taking it? About how long were you on it before you got pregnant? Thanks in advance!!

Congratulations. Wow, the first time. I have a friend who has a singelton through clomid AND a set of triplets through clomid. Good luck!!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you all know that I'm pregnant! I got pregnant from the 1st round of using clomid. Thank you for all your positive comments and good thoughts! To all of you that are trying to get pregnant ; stay positive and keep trying! It will happen!

My doctor prescribed me 50mg and I didn't ovulate and within the same cycle increased it to 100mg and It was successful.  I am 10 weeks pregnant.  So I guess you can say it took a little over a month.  Good luck

ive fallen pregnant 3 times using clomid. round one  50mg with my 8 yr old. round 2, 100mg with my 22mth old and round 4, 50mg with the baby im 3 mths pregnant with now. goodluck.

I tried for 16 months to get pregnant after my last miscarriage. I used Clomid 50mg for three months somewhere in that time frame, and then I went off and tried naturally for awhile.  Then, in April I went back on the Clomid, this time at 100mg, and I produced 3 mature follicles. As it turns out, I got my BFP that month and we are now pregnant, Clomid works!
