Yes, it will be baby pushing its head down. Is this your first baby?

No second.. with my first I didn't feel any of this.. I've been in a tremodous amount of pain with this baby ...
If you are concerned in anyway and it doesnt feel 'right' then do go see your midwife or MAC. Better to be safe. Are you carrying really low?
