I have a TON of headaches while pregnant, too.  Tylenol usually works.  Just don't take more than the recommended dose.

Your estrogen levels have reached their peak in pregnancy and usually cause lots of headaches.  They have the same symptoms as a sinus headache as the estrogen can cause swelling in the nasal cavities.  Tylenol is safe to take =)

Get the book what to expect when expecting. I'm 39 weeks today with my first baby. It has helped me through so much all of those crazy and embarrassing questions.
