Headaches

I'm 10 weeks pregrant and it seem  like everyday I'm having headaches that are out this world. I got to bed with a headache and wake up with a headache. Is there anyone else dealing with this same problem? Are there any suggestions to anything I need to change in my diet or day to day activities.

I go to the doctor in a week so I going to talk to the doctor about these headaches.

I had them too still have them and tylenol did not work for me so my dr. Put me on percodet until I am 24 weeks becauae my estrogen is to high and there is no harm to the baby I am currently almost 21 weeks . I have been on and off of it for last 2 months because of my headaches

Caffeine I didn't think of that. I work in the pharamcy so I should know. After I found out I was pregrant I stopped with all the caffeine.

I have been talking the acetaminophen and wearing my glasses because my headache are bad right now. I suffered from mirgraines before I was pregrant and trying to keep them under control while being pregrant and with things being limited to what can and can't take.

Did u used to drink caffeine and now your not? Did you smoke cigarettes?  There's a lot of things that can trigger it... could also just be your hormones. I had them so severe. My dr prescribed be medication that was supposedly safe.

I had headaches constantly with my son aceteminophen and try to make it through sorry girly
