Heavy bleeding and clots at 11 weeks

Hi ladies ! Soooo today was pretty much the most horrific day of my life ... I started spotting on Thursday, went to the doctor on Friday (the bleeding got heavier) he told me to stay in bed for at least 3 days. Today (Saturday) woke up with really bad pain in my lower abdomen and the sheets were soaking with my blood. Jumped in the shower and it felt like my entire inside was just falling out, huge clots, a lot of blood, extreme pain. Went to the doctor straight away, my pants were wet when we got there, blood running along my legs ... I just couldn't stop crying, I still can't actually ... I have to go for a scan on Monday. I know that it's surely over, I just need a little bit of hope ... Sorry its totally too much information. Please I want my baby to be OK ... I don't know what to do.

Wait.. They still didn't tell you if your baby was there? Demand an ultrasound to see! Wtf that's so weird. I'd go to a diff hospital....

Thank you all for those comments xx. I finally stopped bleeding, thanks god for that ! And I'm not in pain anymore. The doctor point was : do you rather me telling you that you are miscarrying or that you've had a miscarriage ? Which made sense for my husband and I. Apparently once a miscarriage has started there is nothing you can do to make it stop. Our plan was to go to the hospital today if I was still bleeding but I'm not so we just keep hoping we could have a little miracle.

I am 34 weeks along and just put in the hospital for the same thing. I have been here since Sunday and they will not allow me to go home until I have 5 complete days with no bleeding, so for your doctor to wait that long is ridiculous. I would go to the ER. I had a scam on Monday to see if my placenta was attached or not. They were and are still unsure. My bleeding has stopped and I am finally on my 4th day of no bleeding. Hopefully I get to go home soon.

Go to a different er!!! You can see a baby as early as 6wks. They should have gave you an ultrasound and took your blood to check your hcg levels.

I'm so sorry to hear this and I hope everything turns out for the best.. On the other hand you should definitely try going to another hospital. I had a cold, was dehydrated and light spotting I to the hospital to make sure everything is okay with me and the baby. They monitored me and did a scan immediately.  After giving me fluids and advice they released me. I would expect the same help if I was in your position. Your case is much more then mine was and waiting till Monday doesn't seem right. I would definitely make them monitor you and see what it is and if there is something/anything they could do to help you right now.. Good luck. Lots of prayers your way.

I'm pregnant with my second baby and I had a scan at 8 weeks and they found a blood clot by the placenta so if they could see that then they will be able to see with you

Yeah I'd definitely just go to the hospital and just say you won't be leaving till someone's seen you and checked they will 100% be able to see something if your 11 weeks most doctors talk crap most of the time

You should see something 11 weeks at a scan though? Go to your nearest hospital and get them to see to you! Monday is too late to be checked.

Thank you girls. I wanted to have a scan right away but they told me they wouldn't see anything it's too early. Not that I was happy with this answer but they are doctors and I'm not. It's my first pregnancy and i don't know much ... Everything went so well, no morning sickness, no cramps, no nausea etc. And all of a sudden I might be having a miscarriage ... :'(
