Help pain

So recently I been getting this bad pain down there I can barley walk or even roll over in bed.feels like a pulled muscle or something I can barley chase my 1yr old around im currently 6 months preg

Maybe u need support for your bump try the belt and maybe buy a bump wedge for the belly for at night

That might help or even a sock filled with rice warm in the microwave till warm then use it. Works better than a heating pad

I will try that. I keep a pillow between my legs when I sleep seems to work a little I'm not hurting as much when I wake up.  But once I start moving around cooking breakfast all that it hurts.

Yup that's how I was let your Dr know make sure it's not an infection like kidneys or uti cuz those both can do that to you then see what they say after that

I will thanks.  I don't think it's a uti I've had one and the pain is different. I was going to try a warm bath try to see if it would calm the pain down a little. Idk anything to make the pain go away.

I had the same thing they put me on bed rest for a few days and do light workout after the few days of bed rest and it helped a bunch

Some days I wilk sit around and do nothing and it helps but as soon as I grab the gallon of milk for my baby it hurts.
