Help please

Laying here in bed and all day today and yesterday i really havent felt my baby move much. My stomach keeps getting really hard every 3 minutes. Are these contractions? I dont have any pain. I went on an hour walk earlier.

Same thing with me I was worried but my DR  eat  a meal and when your done go lay down have water relax and see if you feel your baby kick or any type of  movement revive the kicks if it's 10 kick or more with in an hour your baby is fine ... But I as well have been feeling a lot of discomfort and hardening of the belly it is so uncomfortable :(

I have felt him move i guess its just slowing down. I took a shower and he was moving some after i got out. Just not sure about my stomach hardening. Feel like it could be BH even tho this is the first sign of any kind of contractions ive had. Still have mucous plug also

Go to hospital
Contractions can be painless and they can check to make sure baby is ok too

You might be having contractions but if you still dont feel your baby moving you should call your doctor or go to the hospital
