I do warm baths or ice packs. They get so bad they make me cry at times.

I developed some two weeks back, was prescibed a cream which only relieved the pain, was told yo drink plenty of water, eat fibre and fresh fruits to soften my stool. also adviced by the pharmacist to put an ice cube in a plastic and rub it on to shrink the hemorrhoid and before i knew it it was gone.

The key is to keep your stool soft so you do not further aggravate symptoms. Drink lots of water and increase fiber. To help reduce swelling and pain, try soaking ur bum in an epsom salt bath. Take care

you can't really "treat" them... Once you have them, you have them BUT have you tried tucks pads? They are very relieving and are specifically for hemorrhoid!
