High Progesterone level

Hello,
I've just started looking at progesterone levels in early pregnancy and I heard that high levels are good, but could they be indicative of multiples?
My hcg level @ 9DPO was 11.5 and progesterone was 23
my hcg level @ 11DPO was 26 and progesterone was 261

In just 2 days my progesterone went through the roof.  The RN who called said that is extremely high, but anything above 10 is good...the higher the better.

What do you think??  I've been reading some conflicting things.
Thanks for the input...

My CD 21 progesterone level was 149 this month. It used to be only around 30 before. But I am still not pregnant. Have been trying for 4 years now.

I don't know what normal levels are, but I do know that progesterone levels are higher in pregnancies where there are multiples...

Good luck
