Glad to know I'm not crazy!! The memory foam mattress stopper is fabulous as well as the pillow between my legs. Thank you ladies so much!
i only get the hip pain when im sleeping - like if i stay on one side too long. this started at like 14 weeks and still is happening now at 36. ill wake up and it will be really bad for like 30 seconds and then completely goes away. so strange.
I also started getting hip pain but mine started in the first trimester. Mine was mostly at night and then they were sore in the am until I started moving around a little. I could not sleep for more than 1 - 2 hours at a time without waking up in extreme pain. My husband convinced me to get a memory foam mattress topper for our bed which seems to have helped a lot for me. I also sleep with a pillow between my legs and one in front of be and beside me. Now I am 26 weeks and the pain is starting to come back more again. Good luck and I hope you can find a solution to your pain.
I had this and it was worse at night when I was trying to sleep. I started sleeping with a wedge and a pillow between my legs and it helped a lot. I don't need the wedge as much now because I bought a body pillow in the shape of a boomerang...it works perfect!
Thank you so much! Mine seems to get worse with movement as well but stretching also seems to make it worse.
I do have that pain but more so when I move around too much or over do it. It started about 8 weeks for me. Sometimes it feels like a nerve running down my leg and other times it feels like my leg bone is rubbing against my pelvis its bloody sore.
My husband usually applies pressure to the area with his elbow and it gives me some relief or else I use tennis balls and I put them against the wall and apply pressure that way. I also stretch it every day by putting me leg over my knee and pulling my knee towards me
With my 2 pregnancy I had to go physio and that is what she told me to do so I havebeen doing that every day and it has made me feel better
I hope that helps
