@beanlee: yes, i do have a recliner. Thats a good idea as well. Im going try that. Thank u, i really need at least one good nights sleep lol. Thanks again! :)
I took a nap on my moms recliner the other day and it was so comfy! Do you have a recliner at home? Maybe sleep there for a night?
I also sometimes sleep on my back but propped up with a pillow under feet.
Hope you are able to get some good sleep soon!
Thank you so much ladies for responding! I really appreciate it. I am going to try your suggestions tonight, i feel bad bc i keep my fiance up too tossing and turning. Thanks again for responding. Wishing you all a happy, healthy pregnancy and a good nights sleep tonight lol.
its only going to get worse :( im 32 weeks and battle the pain every night. only thing that helps is sleeping half sitting up with a ton of pillows. the sleep i get isnt as good as on my side, but at least its sleep. I only do that when both my hips are beyond the point that i can sleep on them. The butterfly stretch, where you put the bottom of your feet together with your knees at about a 90 degree angle and stretch forward works well to get into the spot that they hurt. Also getting up and walking around for a few minutes helps.
If you ever try sleeping on your back, sleep atleast somewhat propped up. Thats what I do when I cant sleep on my sides anymore. Im 20 weeks so I feel your pain. I keep my fiance up all night with my tossing in turning from the discomfort. I don't think there's much you can really do, but to just keep in mind that the pain is for a good cause.
I go through the same.... I just give my hips a rest and roll over on my back...but not for a long period of time.....just enough for the pain to pass.....hope that gives you a good night sleep.....it works for me.....I'm 31weeks & 4days
