Horomonal...Seriously?!?!
Ok...so why is it that any time i stand up for myself or make it a point to defend someone or something i believe in...I'm just being hormonal because i'm pregnant?!?! It makes me so angry !!
This is the quick version...my inlaws are total a-holes (this is nothing new) and i do A LOT of "nodding and smiling" if ya know what i mean...well my sister in law pulled one of her stunts...she scheduled her shower on the day im having buggies (my daughter) 2nd bday. Well her bday is the 16th (a thurs) so im having the party the 18th (a sat)...WTF kinda crap is that...she KNEW i was doing it that day as she called and asked which day i was doing it. So now because i made it a point to be like WTF?!?! Everyone in my husbands family is like...oh...she's just being horomonal cuz she's pregnant.
SERIOUSLY?!?!?! I am so upset...they have always been totally trashy and they have no reguard for anyone but themselves...so i wouldnt expect anything less...but how is it that all the drama is my fault because i'm horomonal?!?!

I get the same response when I disagree with my husband. His dog really bothers me and always has now that I'm pregnant I'm being hormonal because I don't want her near me
My husband thinks Im hormonal... We had to pay our rent and he didnt deposit all the money so he asks if I can make the deposit. I had told him to do it days before. I told him it was his responsibility and I wasnt going to do it. He starts yelling about me being mad all the time because Im pregnant. Im barely 4 weeks!!! I told him its not the hormones that **** me off, its HIM!!! UUUUUGGH...
This is funny cuz I am in the same boat, but not with my in laws (my in laws are great) but with my family. I have a three year old daughter, and hubby and I have been trying for number two for two years. I had two miscarriages within 10 months and found out I was pregnant again in October. Because of my mc past, we decided to wait til Xmas to share the happy news. We wrapped a picture of the 10 week ultrasound in a frame that said "grandkids are the sunshine of life". We made one for my mom and one for my mil. My in laws were happy as all get out, but my grandma actually said "you don't expect me to be happy about this, do you?" I wanted to slap her! Ugh! Some people! You're not alone honey...some families just suck lol
Thank you so much...it does make me feel better just knowing im not the only one in the world dealing with this insanity... :)
Lol!! I have a whacked out in law family too!! I honestly try to avoid them whenever I'm.preggers because I can't handle them!! ;-) I guess I was doin such a good job of avoiding my mom in law, she called a few weeks back yelling @ my hubby abt how I'm so different anymore!! She was saying how I never talk to her anymore!! Well duh!!! That's exactly what I eas doin!! She's sooo far up in our business if drives me nuts!! She calls constantly all day wanting to know what we are doin! I can't even go potty without having to report in!! Plus my sis in law is sycho!! Honestly!! She needs meds..makes up these crazy far fetched stories and always thinks people are talking abt her or staring @ her!! It drives me insane!! Lol..;-) just wanted you to know your not alone in crazy in law world!! Ha* goodluck, hun..
(sigh) im so freakin done...it *****. the worst part is...i dont really remember my daughters 1st bday because about 10 days before i had both my hips totally replaced...so i was in la-la land needless to say...so this being her 2nd bday is a really big deal to me...how can people be so shallow and cold ?!?!

Omg yes! That sounds just like crap my in-laws pull. I seriously feel for you. Everything that i say that doesnt agree with them isn't "because I'm hormonal amd pregnant!"
Geesh, I feel terrible for you because I know how it is and deal with it all the time. My sister in law (after my last baby was born) posted on Facebook that my son was malnourished because I drank booze snd smoked while breast feeding!! What a load of BS!!!
