I had HORRIBLE cramps from week 5 to 7. Im a ftm & when I discussed it with my ob he said it was perfectly normal for me because my uterus has never had to stretch before to accommodate a growing baby. As long as the cramps are not accompanied with bleeding you shouldn't have anything to worry about :)
Drink lots of water because dehydration can cause a miscarriage not trying to worry you but alot of ppl don't know that so as long as you drink water you'll be fine! Your still early in your pregnancy so its hard but you'll get better as the weeks go by
If crackers don't work, you could try dry toast. My first trimester before I got medician for vomiting, toast saved me from vomiting a lot of the time.
thank you. I tried eating crackers with some chicken noodles and broth. and my stomach is still turning. ill try drinking more water. I wasn't able to keep much water down earlier. so I slept most of the day to avoid vomiting again.
I would drink some water and try to hydrate myself, before going in. The cramping and vomiting could be from dehydration. If you drink some water to try to hydrate and that still doesn't work, then I would go in. Try some crackers to settle your stomach so you can keep down the water too. Good luck hun.
If uour worried just ring your doctor I had loafs of cramps and strange pains at the beginning of my pregnancy but it is just as everything is stretching and if your dehydrated then make sure you drink plenty of fluids unless you have bright red blood then try not to worry
