Hot Showers??
Since the beginning of my pregnancy i could never have the relaxation of a steamy or a hot shower due to the fact i would get really dizzy, blurred vision & the feeling like im about to pass out. It never happend before pregnancy so it would freak me out every time i shower'd. I often had my bf take one with me b/c i didn't know what was causing this.
Well recently i talked to my Dr about this & she said it was the hot water that caused an increase to my body temperature- which is harmful to a pregnant girl because it takes a lot from her, which was causing this to happen to me. She recommended me to take Luke warm showers from now on & ever since i never had the problem againn.
I found this really weird & never heard of it before, i didn't even think this was normal in pregnancy thats why i took it up with my Dr.
My question to yall does anyone else have this problem or similar to because she also said you can get these affects from a jacuzzi or sauna as well since is causes a raise in body temperature?

Yes, b/c of the increase in body temperature & hot water, it takes so much from your body that needs all that it can get b/c of a growing baby inside.
It made since to me because i always felt really weak after hot shower & wouldnt feel any better till i ate & rested a little.
