How do contractions feel?

I'm currently 35 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Sometimes I get this pain in lower and upper part of my abdomen. Not sure what it is... How do contractions feel?

I felt like I needed to poop! But sort of higher up if that makes sense. It may sound dumb but I had my daughter at 17 and that's the easiest I could explain it.

My Brixton hicks felt like someone squeezing my tummy really tight. I was induced so my contractions started the same as period pains then felt like someone was stabbing me lol it's was sort of a bend over type of pain. But the midwife who delivered my baby said induction contractions are twice as painful but half the time of a natural labour m. So I'm not to sure about natural contractions but I imagine it's something similar.

Hey!, I dont think anyone can really describe how contractions feel....but you said the your 35wks so you might be feeling braxton hicks contractions. Thats the little play/play contractions before the real thing kicks in... Or if you want a better understanding of braxton hicks contractions you can search it up on google...Hope you and baby have a safe delivery :)
