How do you know when you ovulate?

I know some of you use BBT and some of you use OPKs.  For those of you who just "know"...HOW do you know?  I am not using an OPK this month so I have no clue when to know that I ovulated?!?!?!  I have had ewcm for 3-4 days now.  I had some cramping on CD 13-14 but none since then...I'm CD 16 or 17 right now (I can't remember!)  It's not unusual for me to O between CD 18-21...I just wish I knew WHEN I ovulate...

I am just curious how you know you're ovulating if you don't chart it or use an opk.  :)

I always get bad cramps when I'm ovulating...I also used OPK's to verify that's what the cramping was......Same as Joy....I just BD'd every day throughout that mid-cycle week.....Worked for me too!  Best of Luck.....

Thanks Joy!  I've been a freak about TTC in the past...using opks, etc...and I am trying to just go with the flow this cycle.  I don't produce a lot of ewcm but it's enough I can tell a little bit when I wipe.  I've actually had two big globs this cycle (sorry TMI) but they were almost sticky...yet still stretchy.

We'll just continue to BD and hope for the best!  It's just driving me nuts not to know!  LOL!

Last day of EWCM is the day you ovulate. My rule is to BD whenever there is EWCM.

Also, you ovulate about 14 days before your period so if you're regular you'll be able to figure out your fertile window as being three days before and two days after the estimated ovulation date. During your fertile window check for the EWCM. BD when you have it.

For example: I had a 32 day cycle so I ovulated between CD15-20 and I'd for EWCM during that time and BD.

I've gotten pregnant 4 times using this method and nothing else.
