When I was in my first trimester I had AWFUL cramps. They would double me over in pain. They didn't happen often, and I never bled. I was told it was ligament pain from my uterus stretching. I'm now 26 weeks and my baby is healthy.

I'm 18 weeks & asked my Dr what this was & she said it's ligament pain & stretching. As long as its not constant or severe pain you should be fine.
