How many kids do you want
I'm having a really hard time with this. I really thought that I only wanted 3. But that baby itch is back and has been. I dont know if it the chance to have a girl...I'm just worried that I will always want another one. I love being pregnant and the hold L&D too, I JUST LOVE IT ALL. Crazy Yes, Crazy to have 4 kids, Yes. I am one of four myself and I remember telling my mom that she was Carzy for having 4 kids! Why in the worked, would anyone want to have 4 kids?
I do love having all my sister's, being able to share everything. My parents give us what they could, but also made us work for the things we wanted, maybe in some way making us a better person...? I want to be able to give my kids everything but I also want them to work for it. I dont want things just handed to them.....Ahhh.

I would love to have 4!!! I'm actually from a family with 8 kids and I told my mom the same your crazy 8 kids and 5 under the age of 5 (theres a set of twins in there). 4 just seems perfect you don't have the odd kid out when it comes to play time and you get to experience being pregnant 4 times its just wonderful big families are beautiful!!!
originally when Dh and I got together I wanted 4, I came from a family of 4 and Dh wanted 2 he also came from a family of 2. Well we had our first one she was premie so Dh didnt want anymore because of that but he finally gave in anf we had our 2nd (4yr in between) and so now I have 2dd and after having these 2 ectopic w/surgeries (sep10, and mar11)me and dh have settled in the middle for 3. So praying for the last one to come soon
I voted four. I am having my fourth in September and I have no more bedrooms in the house so this is it! ;)

And I voted 4, because I've always wanted 4. I have 2 right now, a boy and girl and most people say perfect, no need for more, but I've never seen myself with just two, I've always wanted a big family, and can't agree on just three. I was the middle of three and I never got a long with my younger brother or older sister, until I was out of the house. So I don't want that for my middle one which would be my daughter if that were the case, but I leave it in God's hands as to how many, but would probably cut myself off at 4 or I might end up like the Duggars, 19 and counting, lol!

I voted 3, but am torn between 3 and 4... I have had preterm labor issues with my first two, so I guess it all depends on how my third one goes later down the road. It seems like I started having issues earlier in my second pregnancy, so if it keeps starting earlier than number 4 may never happen. I plan on just taking it as it comes and see what happens.
I've always wanted 6 kids, i'm 1 of 5 kids and i just want my own big family. My fiance isn't too keen on having 6 kids as he's the eldest of 8 kids. I've got a 2 year old little boy and ttc #2 but if i can't get to 6 then i'd be happy with how many i could have. I'm lucky to have my son as many don't even have that but i would love 6 kids maybe twins lol.
At first one, then we wanted two which was a recent desire and lo and behold, I am pregnant again, but unplanned!! We wanted to wait another 1.5-2 years to try again but there were other plans in store for us. It is great as our daughter just turned two and would be thrilled with a little brother/sister. But that's it, no more.
LOL, I love your comment about a regular relationship with sleep. My cousin said the same thing the other day now that her youngest (has 2 kids) is totally sleeping through the night. She's soo happy now that she can sleep well again. I also only want 2 children and that is enough for me. I come from a large family, but have no desire to have a large family myself. I would rather each child get more person time with the parents, then having to spread myself thin to multiple children and of course would like to sleep well not so long after having children. :)

I want 2 boys and 2 girls....so hopefully 1 more boy and I'll be complete =)...I'm worried if I have another girl i'd want 2 more boys to make it even =\..lol...I better not...Me and hubby both come from a BIG families (8 siblings on mine 9 on his) My family was good financially his was not and all though we're pretty fine now we won't be after 6 kids!! lol

I have one child and that is enough for me. I have NEVER had a desire to have a huge family, and honestly one is expensive enough. I just got back into a regular relationship with sleep and I don't want to ever break up with sleep again. ;)
i voted 2...we r trying for our second which is turning out to be so difficult....I don't think I will have the energy and courage to go for any more after my second
I voted 6+ I have twins and one here due anytime now, all boys I would like to try and have a girl but I dont want her to be alone and Im obesse with even numbers 3 boys 3 girls would be nice but I cant control that I can just hope lol

If we are lucky enough to have one while actually trying for it than we will consider it to be a miracle... however we are open to two and we will not try after the first but bot prevent it either. if it happens then 2 is as many as we will have and he will get the big V.

I am on #7 but didn't vote because the answer is different for everyone. I always thought I wanted 3 kids. This was before I even started having kids. I also had my first young and thought I would not have more if I didn't find Mr. Right soon. (I was a single mom for years.) I swore that I would never be starting over after my son was in high school. Guess what? My son will be 18 this summer...the same month I give birth to my 7th :) LOL! So I just never know. I have vowed this is my last and very well may be my last. But I might just have one more. I doubt it, but I will not take the option away from myself. I won't have anything permanently done and I doubt my husband will either. I will probably just use a natural family planning method.
As for your situation...as many on here have said. You might regret NOT having one more but you will never regret having one more.

i am an only child and it never bothered me atall when i was younger but now i would love to have had a brother or sister thats why i think i'll settle for 2
I voted 2. Although am not very sure I want to go through pregnancy again, It was so hard to get here and even harder to get through it. Some days drag others go fast.

I voted 4 because i want 2 of each. I might just keep going until i get at least 2 of each so i might end up with 8 or something! Not really. I think if i got to 4 and had all the same sex, i'd try once more then stop at 5! I deffinitely want to have boys and girls though.
I voted three but really am not sure if I'll end up with four (or more). The thing is, I know I definitely want to have a third pregnancy and birth experience, and another child with my husband. My first son is from a previous relationship but my husband has basically adopted him, and we have our son together and we both agree we want one more child together in 2-4 years from now.

However, I've had it on my heart to adopt a child (or children) since I was about 10 years old. My husband is also very open to it, but I don't know if we'll ever have a chance to do it based on finances and time and whatever other unknown circumstances come up in the future. But I can't help but feel like I'll have an empty feeling if I never adopt a child.
The main thing is that I'm open to whatever God has planned for my life and I don't want to try to achieve what I want just because I want it, because that may not be what's best for my family.

Haha, I know and maybe I'm selfish about it. I just don't want to go through pregnancy again, the newborn/infant stage.... Now that she's older I'm enjoying it more and more and I'm so excited for her to get older. Aw well. Maybe my mind will change in a few years.
I voted 5. I have four and desperately want one more. No, I won't WANT to be done after that, LoL, but I will HAVE to be. I am 32 but DH is 40, and he really wants to be done ASAP. Hoping to conceive in the very near future before he says "Forget about it".
I've always wanted a large family, and although we are FAR from wealthy, my kids want for nothing. As long as we can afford to give them the basics needs and opportunities (for sports, music lessons, etc) I am fine with that. I don't think they need the latest iPad, iPhone, expensive camps etc... but that's another post. :)
