anything ginger helps :) im on 3rd pregnancy 3rd child im now 11 weeks 5 days morn sickness i got really badly also other things that helped me grated apple dry toast. unsalted potato chips and flat lemonade. avoid anything with yeast citrus. also try giner nuts i sucked on them for weeks this time round
Mint chews work for me..my dr told me to keep something to eat on my side table before going to bed..n have it right after getting up in the morning.n be in bed for 10 mins n then drink water or use thr loo...trust me it helped me with my morning sickness n acidity..for the rest of the day try sugar free mint chews .. Have small meals n walk around for 5 minutes every 2-3 hours..hope this wud help... ')

Gingerale, ginger cookies, sour candy like jolly ranchers or lemon drops, peppermint, small frequent meals and make sure they have a protein, 1/2 a unisom(the sleep aide plain kind no rapid melt or rapid release kind) up to 4x daily. Hope this helps good luck
