How to get rid of constipation
Im 8 weeks pregnant and the constipation is killing me. Does anyone have any advice on how to make everything flow better? I can't sleep at night and it hurts sometimes
I took docusate sodium (colace) to help... it was in a booklet of approved meds from my Dr and i was barely eatting at the time but drinking tons of water so i couldnt try to improve my fiber intake as i was so sick! but i suggest to get it under control ASAP as it doesnt take much to get hemorrhoids! but if you are able to increase fluid intake and fiber... fruits and veggies then you could also try that out... I feel for ya! its not fun!
