I HAD MY TUBES TIED AND BURNED IN JUNE OF 2007 AFTER MY FOURTH CHILD ME AND MY BOYFRIEND  REALLY WANT ONE OF OUR OWN  THE OTHERS ARE FROM A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE WHAT CAN I DO TO BECOME PREGNANT WITHOUT IT BEING COSTLY IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?

Its possible if your tubes don't have a lot of scar tissue and are open, sometimes ligations can cause one or both tubes to be blocked. Another expensive way to get pregnant with your tubes tied is ivf. Otherwise you run the risk of having them reversed an still not be able to get pregnant.

nope...unfortunately you will definitely need a reversal, and those can be costly.
