I don't know whats going on!

Hi all, I started bleeding last night at about 3 in the morning, and it was like my period, just not as heavy.
My boyfriend and I went to see our doctor, and she said to go for blood work on monday and they will check my hcg levels.

I had a miscarriage in september and this feels nothing like it. I am in no pain, i have no cramping and i still feel pregnant.
I am 10 weeks and 3 days pregnant, and also RH-,could that have something to do with it?

I have stopped bleeding, but am scared its going to come back, so before i head to the hospital, im just wondering if anyone would know about this, or went through the same thing!

Thank you!

i had bleeding, it was a lot and very scary but everything was fine. dont worry too much if your not in pain and passing no clots its pretty normal! did you have sex? that can also cause it.

I kind of had the same thing with my pregnancy, I was about 8 or 9 weeks though, I spotted for about 2 or 3 days and I did have some cramping, but my doctor told me that it can be normal, it could be implantation bleeding, but I would definatley check with your doctor because that's not always the case
