I don't know where this pain is coming from

I just woke up this morning in a lot of middle upper abdominal pain like right under my ribs, its cramping and pain, but almost feels like it hurts cause its streaching, very weird pain I've never felt before.  I'm wondering if anyone else has felt this or has an opinion it.  I think is weird cause I'm only 8 weeks along, but this will be my 3 baby, and I am already starting to show.  I use to have a gastric pace maker for gastroparesis, which causes me too need a LOT of abdominal surgeries and even hernia surgeries from too much surgery and weaking of the abdominal walls.  Do you guys think this could have anything to do with it?  And its a sunday on memorial day weekend so I really didn't want to bother the ob, unless I HAVE to.  What would you guys suggest or do if you where in my shoes?  Its hurting bad enough to have woken me up from sleep..I just don't know what to do.

ok...well, I know its not an ectpic pregnancy as I've already had two sonograms and things look quite well with the baby, good heart beat ect...

The pain has gotten a little better, but its still there...I'm not spotting or anything so I'm just gonna call in the morning and see what they have to say...I thank you guys for your support and help in trying to aid me in figuring out whats going on.

If the pain persists and is more than say a 5 on a scale of 0 to 10, I would say you need to be seen. It may not be obstetrical so if there is an urgent care available, I would say go there. Otherwise, you may need to go to an ER.

At the very least, if the pain persists, you should call your regular doctor (or your OB, whichever you think is most familiar with you) and ask him/her what to do

I think I may know what it is I had the similar thing happen to me and I was 6.5 week. And I thought it was gas or even food posioning and I waited out the pain. I had no spotting or anything. Do you feel like you want to faint? Do you are feeling like you are losing energy and want to pass out? Well when I went to the er had an u/s and it was ectopic and the tube had ruptured so I was bleeding internally, but I never had spotting. Now dont get scared it may not be that but if you are still having this pain i would get to the dr or the er asap. its better to be safe than sorry to try to tough the pain out. I did for 16 hours and I bleed internally and ended up losing 2 liters of blood. (but no worries now all is better)

@ vacuumprincess..maybe? but the pain never went away though out the day..got a tiny bit better with tylenol, but not much

indigestion or gas pain?  I have gotten A LOT of gas pains with this pregnancy.  They hurt really bad too.
