I need some opinions

Question

I have had three kids so I know alot but right now I am perplexed, I have had Mirena in me for a little over a year now and here goes the situation:  The iud has moved before, and I had to go through tests to see if was ok and to see if I was pregnant.  Now, I have been having nausea, vomiting,and milk coming out of my breasts, now I took two tests and the first was neg., and the second had a faint pos. sign.  Now does anyone have any advise or been in this situation?  Please help!

she had a bladder inf and went to get checked and they check her for preg and she was. she was still having period like bleed so she had no idea. i think she was 7 or 8 weeks when she found out

They'll need to take the IUD out, so you need to get in sooner than that. A faint positive is a positive, so you don't need to waste your money on another test.

I don't know if the IUD poses a risk, but better to err on the side of caution!!! Good luck and congratulations!!!

call them when there open and tell them you took a test and it came back post. they prob would want you to come in right away to check and  to take it out if you are preg. this happened to my oldest sister, the baby was fine though

Well, I have a appt. on the 21st, I am just worried that because of this damn iud something might be wrong with the baby if I am pregnant which I do hope that I am :)

I would suggest waiting about 3 days and then re-take the test. If its another positive, definately make an appointment with your doctor!

a faint positive usually is a positive. You could wait 2-3 days and try again or make an appointment a.s.a.p. with your doctor. You very well may  be preggo's! Best of luck to you
