I really want to have a vbac

How likely is it to have a vbac,what are some good ideals to make sure you have one...

Really depends on your dr and how the labor process goes this time if you weren't dilating and felt rushed that would be something I would mention right off the bat and see where you can go from there

Likelihood of vbac depends on a variety of things,including what caused your section. You can't really control the outcome, but staying fit and active is helpful. Also try to avoid an induction, that definitely increases the risk of csection. Make sure you have a provider who is truly supportive. Some docs will say they support vbac, then switch gears right at the end, or pressuring you for unnecessary things like ultrasound to check size, induction, extra monitoring, or ”epidural just in case " . check with your local ICAN chapter,they can tell you who in your area has a strong track record. Beyond that,have a positive mindset. Your body was made to give birth!

Thank you, that gives me a lil hope. The reason i didn't have a regular birth because  I didn't dilate enough. I just felt like thet rushed me..
