I want to have another baby, but I have had my tubes tied in 2004.

I want to have another child before I turn 35. I have a partner who has no children, but wants a baby girl. I want to give him that wish in becoming a father. We don't make a lot of money and most of the other options are way too expensive. What can wedo at this point. It will just kill me if I can't give him his first child. Please Help if you can?????

My neighbor had her tubes tied years ago but wants to have a baby with her hubby.  Her doc revommended ivf instead of having a reversal.  Said it was easier and cheaper.

Does he only want a baby girl....? He may not have a choice in the matter! I hope u get some answers regarding getting pregnant again though :)
