INTERCOURSE...

When is it better to have intercourse for TTC ?

Was there different times of the day that works better ?

I just need to poll everyone to see what people have to say.....

I don't mean to answer for Joy, but I think morning is better because you have a better chance of hitting that window for when the egg is released.  If you wait until the evening, the egg could have been released earlier that day, which could cause it to be too late.  The idea is to have living healthy sperm waiting, when the egg is released.  That is ideal.  You would prefer to have the sperm waiting rather than the egg being released and then having sperm released.  Did that make any sense???

My husband and I conceived this past time only having intercourse in the evening, BUT the day I ovulated, we had sex at about 12:30 p.m.  That's because it was on a Sunday.  On weekdays and even on Saturdays, early is not an option.  But we also BDed 5 days in a row!!!  Whew, was I ready to ovulate already!!!

Joy-Just curious, do you know why the morning is supposed to be the best time?

Men are naturally more 'ready' in the morning so I'd say if it is an option, morning would probably be best however I'm not sure it makes a big difference...sperm are sperm and your egg is your egg and they are going to do what nature intended regardless of the time of day.
