I'm 31 weeks pregnant with a little concern

I'm 19 and 31 weeks pregnant my Dr. Tells me my daughter head is bigger than her body and her abdomen is measuring really small any ideas why and should I be really concerned and also what can I do ?

I'm sorry they are giving you distressing information and not explaining it.   I would ask for an explanation of this information!  When I read through things, it says that head circumference can indeed be larger with no implications so maybe this is not something to be worried about, they are just giving you the information.  Because if it was a developmental worry or an indication that something was wrong, they'd explain that to you, I would think.  Let us know what the doctor says but try not to worry until you have to.  good luck
