Im 32 weeks and my arms go numb when I sleep all the time now, ever since I was about 30weeks this has been happening. It all started with my hips going numb while sleeping. Then my boobs,  yes my boobs, lol I asked my dr and she said its all normal!! Maybe try some prenatal stretching before bed look on YouTube. My hands numb just typing this lol.
