I'm 27 weeks & I've been taking hydrocodone without a prescription & with these new laws being drug testing you by blood & your babies first poopy diaper. I'm wondering how long it will take to get out of my system & if I stop now!?!?!
did everything work out okay? I hope so God Bless you and your baby!!
That's great! I hope everything works out great for you and your baby girl. :)
Thanks =) and yes without my docs consent but long story short they helped me with pain...obviously... but i know the risk of my baby being addicted and the respiratory depressin after shes born so i stopped on my own, it wasnt bad, just pooped non stop for a couple days and i feel great now, just pregnancy symptoms that are amplifyed from being in the real world lol i take tylenol now....thanks for the reply ;)
That, as you know puts you at risk of child protective services intervening if your doctor becomes aware of it and you should've come clean about it a long time ago.
However opiates don't take very long to get out of the blood and that includes cord blood. By the time she is born then there should be no opiates detectable in the cord blood. Opiates are supposed to take less than a week to get out of the blood. You need to make sure to stay OFF of the vicoden after your baby girl is born also.
