I'm 39 year old and I'm not having my period anymore?
It's possible a 39 years old start having menopause? I'm not having my period since last month of April. If I do get little blood out when doing my exercise then stop? I know that I'm NOT pregnant because I have no sex for 6 month now. Please help......

It is possible that you could go through early menopause but since you have only missed one or two periods it could simply be stress related or a hormonal imbalance.  If you do a lot of excercising that could have an impact on your cycle as well.
