I used to get sick of it my self but then thought bugger it ill play aswell ( call of duty) turns out he couldnt handel me been better then him( little practice while he wasent there) so he didnt go on it as much as before and wanted to watch a film or do something together which was nice :-)) sadly i was then addicted and the tables turned :-/ still love it now

This generation has a serious addiction to gaming and it isn't okay. My hubby was addicted but he only plays about an hour a day or so now. Much more manageable. He wants to be a good dad and husband so he cutback in playing a lot. He actually broke is cod black ops game when we were arguing about him being addicted, it was really freeing for him I think. I was mad because we then hd to buy the game again because it was a Christmas present from his mom but it was a turning point for him. Hopefully your men realize that real life is just as fun as video games too.

I love playing xbox with my bf especially Call Of Duty. And he enjoys it as well. I actually play more then him. But I have to balance how much I play because I am a serious gamer lol and I get frustrated and mad. But it helps me unwind from my stupid job.

My boyfriend pretty much plays from the time he comes home from work till he goes to bed. I bought him his new play station 3 and to be honest, I get upset when he starts acting weird because of it, that's about it. It's actually a good thing he plays. I would rather him at home shooting people and yelling at he screen then out wasting money, getting **** faced and not coming home at night ...

Sadly I don't have any hobbies.. Reading all the forums on here is kind of my hobby lol! & I love the game peggle.. But he doesnt like games like sonic.. Cuz id love that to! He also wont play split screen from left to right.. Has to be top or bottem screen.. plays mass effect or cod  and battlefield or skyrim..

I have a lot of hobbies too, I don't nag my hubs over videogames, if I wanna play then with him though, I let him know. I hope ya work it out without killing the xbox, that will be a $250 tantrun you're going to regret, and if my hubs broke my $200 sewing machine because he felt I was ignoring hom, I'd probably send his butt ti anger managment, its a bit uncalled for.

lmao. i used to play with hubby, too but end of the first trimester it all started making me really dizzy lol. 
my hubby doesn't even stop playing to eat sometimes. then all of a sudden he's like "I'M STARVING!" hahaha

I am not very good at shooters either, but I defo enjoy them. Maybe, try different types of games. Is it the first person view that makes yo sick? If so, tr a sidescroller, like Sonic! Or maybe a puzzle game, like Peggle, thats fun game and can play 2 players

Make him get some 2 player games. Maybe if you feel included you won't be so upset by the xbox. I love videogames, it helps me relax, and keeps me from being bored.
